“To add value to others, one must first value others.”- IB Kebe

Ibrahim A. Kebe, better known as IB. Kebe,  attended the Albert Academy Senior Secondary school and  holds a BSc. (Hons) in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management (First class) and also a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). He is a Human Resource Management specialist, Change Management consultant and is one of the best young lecturers at IPAM-University of Sierra Leone.  IB is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Meet Professionals SL Ltd, and founder and host of the Meet Professionals TV show.

He is also a strong youth advocate and provides mentoring support to youths and participates in development of individualized service plans for youths, educated youths to acquire greater communication, system navigation and self-regulation skills. IB. Kebe has in the past conducted a lot of public seminars and workshops for young people with thousands of attendees, ranging from public speaking, ethics and discipline, gender equality, youth leadership, the use of social media, and substance abuse.

He was recently awarded by Concord Times as Emerging Visionary of the Year, he is also a recipient of the 50 influential young Sierra Leoneans award. IB is a public speaking expert and has served as a motivational and keynote address speaker at numerous professional conferences and trainings, youth activities and graduation ceremonies.

IB. Kebe is passionate about mentoring, counseling, providing career guidance for young people. His hobbies are reading, mentoring young minds, writing quotations, and soccer. He is currently working on publishing his first textbook.

The Saibatu Mansaray Journey had a great chat with one of Sierra Leone’s finest and well respected lecturers at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) and a man who is passionate about empowering youth inside and outside the classroom. His show Meet Professionals is one of class and showcases the work of some very impressive people. 

IB Kebe is a man of many hats and was recently awarded by Concord Times as “Emerging Visionary of the Year.” Ibrahim Alusine Kebe talks to us through his Journey and his commitment to our youth and Sierra Leone as a whole.
