Integrity, Leadership, and Compassion
-
My story begins here, growing up in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
-
I enlisted in the U.S. Army at 18 and earned several prestigious honors, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, two Bronze Stars, and the Combat Medical Badge.
-
A decorated retired U.S. Army officer with over 26 years of service, I made history as the first woman from the U.S. Army to serve as a White House Physician Assistant and Tactical Medical Officer.
-
After transitioning from military to executive roles, I served as Director of Advance and Operations.
-
As a civilian, I served as Assistant Director of Public Health at the White House, shaping policies and national drug control strategies.
-
After leaving the White House, I founded The Mansaray Foundation in Sierra Leone, focusing on reducing maternal mortality in rural areas while improving education and healthcare.
